Electricity supply

With the establishment of electric energy market and the separation of energy activities to production, transmission/distribution and supply/market trade, possibilities appear for new business models connecting with supplying of electricity’s end users.

In countries of EU, there is a rise of “green” suppliers, i.E., those who offer electricity especially from renewable energy sources, and as the latest trend there’s an appearance of suppliers legally organized as cooperative, which obtains production and supply of electricity, primarily through its members / co-owners, and beyond.

Green Energy Cooperative, with the support of the Cooperative for Ethical Financing, initiates that exact model of electricity supply, combining the association of producers and clients in one unique process of production and electricity supply. This complex aim requires taking over and/or construction of facilities of renewable energy sources, but also initiating the supply business.
